Description:
In Azad, the Vizier of the Maharajah tricks the Prince into using the Dagger to release the Sands of Time from the Hourglass. A horrific sandstorm engulfs the kingdom, causing the Sands of Time to turn all it touches into monsters. The Prince, Farah, and the Vizier remain unchanged due to their possessions; a dagger, a medallion, and a staff, respectively. On a journey to repair the damage he has caused, the Prince teams up with Farah in order to return the Sands of Time to the hourglass. During their struggles, the Prince and Farah get over their animosity towards each other and grow closer. Towards the end of the journey, the Vizier traps Farah and the Prince in a tomb, in which they discover baths. As they bathe, the Prince and Farah finally give into their passions and find comfort in the perilous situation. When the Prince awakens, he discovers that the Dagger has been stolen by Farah, who left him with her medallion so that he would not be affected by the Sands of Time. The Prince pursues and catches up to her in Azad's highest tower where the Vizier is waiting for them. The princess is overwhelmed by the sand monsters and falls to her death with the Prince helpless to prevent it. Enraged by his lover's death, the Prince drives the Dagger of Time into the Hourglass and reverses time to the night before the invasion of the Maharajah's kingdom. The Prince awakens, still with the Dagger of Time, and finds his way to Farah. He tells her everything that had happened even though she does not remember due to the time reversal. The Vizier discovers the Prince, and fearing his planned treachery already revealed, attempts to kill the Prince. The Prince emerges victorious and unwillingly slays the Vizier. He gives the Dagger of Time back to Farah and departs. Farah remembers nothing of what had happened in Azad, but is suspicious when the Prince mentions a memory from her childhood.
